Step 1: Prior to your rental date, a $450 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable upon the safe return of your scooter. Please use the following link to submit your deposit.
Step 2: Please complete the Scooter Rental Form prior to your rental date. This ensures that upon your arrival, you can seamlessly pick up your scooter and embark on your adventure without delay.
Step 3: There's no need for you to come to us; after completing steps 1 and 2, we'll conveniently pick you up from your location in either Manuel Antonio or Quepos area. Upon arrival at our base, we'll offer you a brief introduction and some helpful recommendations to enhance your experience
A valid Passport or Identification Card.
Age requirement: 18 years and older.
Signed Liability Waiver.
Refundable Deductible Deposit.
Basic proficiency in riding motorcycles or scooters.
A valid driver's license for cars or motorcycles.
No-shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations are subject to a 100% forfeiture of the deposit.
A cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled reservations, with the fee varying by tour or rental.
Should the customer lack the requisite experience, Mango Scoot reserves the right to deny scooter rental, incurring a cancellation fee equal to the full rental amount or 100% of the refundable deposit.
Additional Conditions: The local tour is contingent upon availability, scheduling, and a minimum rental period of two days.
